- Led an in house focus group, over multiple sessions, with the goal of creating a new logo for the firm.
- Revamped the firms Request for Proposal template, making it more user friendly and visually compelling.
- Managed a small renovation project of a memory care clubhouse under the supervision of the firms Managing Principal.
- Produced marketing material graphics that included RFP covers, social media content, renders, and photo retouching.
- Assisted, from SD-CD, to convert 7 units of a senior housing facility into a memory care facility.
- Facilitated the reopening and reorganizing of the office to accommodate work environment changes due to COVID-19.
- Developed a series of visuals to establish the firms ability to represent urban design issues and streetscape improvements.
- Led a small group in creating a visual impact analysis for a Specific Plan update.
